Contract Type: Key Time

Salary: £12.00 per hour (plus bonus) increasing to £12.30 per hour once competencies assessed

Purpose of Role

Delivery of all Company services to Ramsdens customers following Branch Manager instruction and Company Procedures

Summary of Main Tasks

Serve customers in line with Company processes and procedures, offering the best possible service and ensuring customer requirements are met at all times

Action any additional tasks as directed by Branch Manager or Area Manager, ie banking, branch housekeeping, window displays

Report any suspicious behaviour to Branch Manager, either internal or external, communicate any stock or cash discrepancy immediately

Ensure personal presentation standards are met and uniform is kept clean and in good condition

Actively participate in branch promotions

Report all customer complaints to Branch Manager

Keep up to date with Branch emails during shift

Participate in branch training activities to ensure existing and new products are fully understood

Identify personal training needs to Branch Manager

Electrician/Maintenance Operative – Enertch – Job Description: 

The ideal candidate will be full time 18th Edition – electrician/maintenance operative required.

Enertech FM are a nationwide M&E provider who currently service a wide range of PPM contracts for established landlords and managing agents across Shopping Centre’s, Retail Parks and Commercial Offices.

We are currently seeking a maintenance multi skilled electrical bias engineer at the Bridges in Sunderland.

The role will be predominantly based on site at the Shopping Centre, servicing planned and reactive maintenance (Commercial) & installation works.

We are looking for a pro-active, well organised, self-starter with good attention to detail. The role available requires someone who can work well under pressure and can handle this fast -paced environment and deliver tasks to measured time frame within a PPM schedule.

You will need to be able to work collaboratively with the onsite team, and external contractors.

Requirements/skill set & Qualification:
Must be 18th edition qualified.
HVAC, desirable, not essential.
IOSH, desirable.
Asbestos Awareness, desirable.
Gas Safe, desirable not essential.
IPAF & PASM, desirable not essential.
The applicant should have a proactive approach and be able to work on their own initiative.
Elements of lone working required.
Basic handyman skills, desirable not essential.
The role requires a good level of communication skills. You will need to be able converse with clients/customers and tenants in a clear and positive manner with a can-do approach.
Experience of providing maintenance works within shopping centre would be desirable.
Overtime – When required.
Company van supplied complete with Fuel Card.

Basic Hours – two shift working pattern of 40 hours.
