6 Things You Can Do During Self-Isolation

Now that we’ve all been instructed to stay indoors, it’s time to try and embrace self-isolation – and we wanted to bring a little joy to your screens during this time. We have come up with 6 fun things to do in-doors to keep you occupied and make the best out of these uncertain times.

  1. Take time for yourself 

We no longer need to rush around our modern society. Sit back, relax and enjoy a movie, face mask, nap or yoga. It’s time to focus on you!

2. Check out new shows or movies

Get comfortable and turn on that show/movie you have been meaning to binge-watch or ask your friends for their ultimate recommendations. You have time to immerse yourself in a whole new world.

3. Time to get back to your hobby

Sometimes we get caught up in the world around us and we forget to take time to enjoy our hobbies. Let’s not delay any longer! If you have a painting, book or piece of writing you set aside and haven’t finished, pick it back up, this is the perfect time to get back on them.

4. Be creative!

Create a masterpiece, whether that’s a cake, painting or a robot! Spend time doing something different and fun.

5. Work out and Eat Healthily

Don’t let gym closures stop you from exercising and getting out into the fresh air. Take up Hot Pod Yoga online classes, improve your football skills or take part in the BBC Couch to 5K programme. Work out and eat healthy meals regularly.
