Phone Trader are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Phone Repair Technician to carry out advanced, board-level repairs. This is an excellent opportunity to join a trusted and established business offering a stable, long-term role.
Key Skills Required:
• Micro-soldering under a microscope
• IC replacement and reballing (CPU, PMIC, NAND, Baseband)
• Jumper work and trace repair
• Data recovery and BIOS/ROM reprogramming
• Water damage restoration
• Back glass repairs on mobile phones
• Repairs across iPhone, Samsung, Huawei, and other major brands
• Ability to multi-task and manage various repair jobs independently
• Strong customer service skills – friendly, professional, and able to communicate clearly with customers
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in advanced mobile phone repairs
• Excellent diagnostic and fault-finding abilities
• Ability to work independently with accuracy and attention to detail
• Confident dealing with customers in-store and over the phone
