EML Payments Europe Limited are the issuers of the Bridges Gift Card. If you have a gift card that is due to expire during the current lockdown period of 5th November to 2nd December, please contact EML Payments Europe Limited support team directly on customer.service@flex-e-card.com or telephone 0844 77 44 277*. Lines are open 9am – 6pm (Mon-Sat), 10am – 6pm on Sundays.

Whether it’s a wedding, a birthday or a corporate event, choosing the perfect gift has never been easier.

Unfortunately due the current circumstances and government regulations, our customer service desk will remain closed for the duration of the lockdown period. Therefore we are unable to sell gift cards from the desk at present and are unable to offer our usual click & collect service.

However, don’t worry as you can still order your gift cards online for home delivery, and load with the amount of your choice, starting from £5 to £1000. Simply follow the link below:

Our gift card provides more flexibility and choice than standard vouchers, as they can be spent at all participating retailers.

They also provide better value than gift vouchers, as you will only be charged by the retailer for the exact amount of the transaction.

They can be used numerous times at many different retailers until the amount loaded onto the card has been exhausted.

*Terms and conditions:

  • There is no additional charge for purchasing a gift card.
  • Please keep your gift card after it has been used as you may require it for any refunds. Refunds may take up to 10 days to be credited back to the gift card, in line with each individual store’s refund procedures.
  • The gift card expires at 12 months from date of purchase.
  • If you lose your gift card, please telephone Customer Services on 0191 510 8581. You will not be responsible for any transactions on the card after notifying Customer Services.
  • Full terms and conditions for Flex-e-card cards bought on or after October 18th 2017 can be viewed here
  • Gift cards purchased on or before October 17th 2017 are accepted at over 50 participating retailers in the centre, giving the holder the freedom to choose something really special. You can keep track of the balance by visiting www.getmybalance.com or visiting the Customer Service desk.
