DisabledGo is an award-winning disability organisation, based in the UK, which produces reports detailing accessibility to venues all over the country. Disabled people visit each venue in person to survey the the facilities and accessibility to people with disabilities, be they mobility, vision or hearing-based.

Disabled Parking
There are over 40 disabled parking bays located in the roof top and multi-storey car park, charges apply.
Assistance Dogs
We welcome assistance dogs in the centre as long as they are identifiable and are kept on a lead.
Accessible Toilets
There are accessible toilets available and a toilet attendant on duty during shopping hours.
These toilets can be accessed with a RADAR key.
Baby Changing Facilities
You can find a baby changing facility in the male and female toilets on Brougham Street corridor or another located up the first flight of stairs next to the lift in Brougham Street corridor.
Breastfeeding
You are welcome to breastfeed anywhere in the shopping centre. Whether that be in the baby changing facility or on the mall.
