Free Easter Fun at the Bridges

Looking for free activities this Easter holiday? Join us at the Bridges this April for a range of family-friendly Easter events, including eco-inspired workshops and a fun spring trail around the centre.

Celebrate the season of new beginnings with creative, hands-on activities for all ages, inspired by spring, nature and sustainability.

Meet the Easter Bunny 

Don’t miss a special visit from the Easter Bunny and friends, who will be hopping around the centre on:

Good Friday & Easter Monday (11am – 3pm)

Keep an eye out as they make their way around the Bridges, handing out chocolate treats and spreading some Easter cheer.

Free Easter Workshops (11am – 3pm)

Our Easter craft workshops offer something for everyone, with a different activity taking place across the Easter holidays:

• Tuesday 7 April: Spring Wreaths

• Thursday 9 April: Bee Hotels

• Tuesday 14 April: Potting Plants

• Thursday 16 April: Bird Feeders

Each session is free to attend with no booking required — simply drop in between 11am and 3pm.

We’ll provide a range of materials, but as part of our eco-friendly Easter theme, we encourage you to bring along your own recyclable items (such as bottles, egg boxes or pots) to reuse in the workshops.

While all activities are free, a suggested donation of £2 via the coin drop is encouraged, with proceeds going to charity.

Spring Family Trail at The Bridges 

Take part in our Easter spring trail, running daily from Friday 3 April to Friday 17 April.

Pick up a trail map from the table at The Potting Shed, explore the centre to find the hidden letters, then unscramble the word.

Once you’ve completed your trail map, head to Waterstones to receive a sweet treat.
