Ya Dubai is on the lookout for a Store Manager for their kiosk at the Bridges Sunderland and we’re looking for a passionate, driven, and results-oriented individual to lead our team. As the Store Manager, you will take charge of all daily operations, lead a high-performing team, and ensure that our kiosk meets and exceeds sales goals. Your leadership will be instrumental in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining the high standards Ya Dubai is known for. Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Take full responsibility for driving sales performance. Set, monitor, and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets for both the kiosk and team members.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue, ensure sales targets are met, and consistently improve kiosk performance. Lead by example to inspire and motivate the team to achieve sales goals.
- Team Leadership & Motivation: Lead a team of Sales Assistants, ensuring each member is equipped and motivated to meet sales targets. Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to drive individual and team success.
- Customer Engagement: Oversee all customer interactions, ensuring the team delivers exceptional service. Provide expert fragrance consultations to help customers choose the perfect products, enhancing both their experience and sales.
- Product Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of our fragrance offerings, including ingredients, benefits, and unique selling points, to support sales conversations and ensure the team is fully informed.
- Operations Management: Manage daily kiosk operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, deliveries, stocktaking, and maintaining an organized, clean, and inviting sales environment.
- Staff Rota Management: Organize and manage staff schedules, ensuring sufficient coverage during peak times and aligning staffing levels to meet sales goals effectively.
- Promotions & Events: Plan and execute in-store campaigns and promotions to attract customers and further boost sales. Drive participation in promotional events to create buzz and excitement around the brand.
- Administrative & Financial Management: Oversee daily cash handling, order processing, and stock control, ensuring accurate reporting and efficient management of the kiosk’s finances.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Retail Management Experience: Proven experience in retail management, ideally in the fragrance or luxury goods sector, with a strong focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Sales-Driven: A passion for sales with a track record of achieving and surpassing sales goals. Ability to develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities, with experience managing, coaching, and motivating a team to achieve exceptional sales performance.
- Customer Service Excellence: A commitment to delivering outstanding service and ensuring the team does the same to create loyal, satisfied customers.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both with your team and customers, to build rapport, motivate, and ensure the kiosk’s success.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for visual merchandising and presentation to ensure the kiosk is always visually appealing and ready to attract customers.
- Numeracy Skills: Comfortable with basic math and financial management, including cash handling and stock control.
